We often get broken espresso machines in for repair and the owner for one reason or another decides to not have the machine fixed. If the customer decides to purchase a new espresso machine, we offer them a trade-in discount on the old espresso machine. We then repair the old espresso machine and bring it back to resell condition.
On the inside these espresso machines are gone through with a fine-tooth comb and brought back to near-new condition.
All components are checked to ensure perfect working condition.
On the outside we do our best to clean, buff and polish the case to offer you a great looking product. During the inspection process the espresso machine is cleaned inside and out for your protection, ease of mind and for great tasting coffee.

We also offer refurbished espresso machines at a great value. The difference between used and refurbished is that refurbished espresso machines have been returned either to Espresso Resource NW or to the manufacturer within the return window and now cannot be sold as new. Customers return these espresso machines for various reasons. The most common reasons would be "buyers remorse" or there was a problem with the espresso machine. In the case where there is a problem, the manufacturer or Espresso Resource NW corrects the problem and readies it for resale. Refurbished espresso machines are covered by a great 1-year warranty.
