Recently I had the occasion to contact Espresso Resource NW (and Tom), for some help with my Gaggia Titanium machine. The culprit was me and not the machine, as I had somehow jammed the brew unit and could not get it out. Rather than force it, I called Espresso Resource and left a message. Very soon after, Tom called me and literally stayed on the phone and walked me through how to unscrew various pieces, use implements to "trick" the machine and resolve my issue and get my wonderful Titanium feeding me caffeine once again! Customer service is a very important aspect of any purchase, and I am here to tell you that these guys are A++ in terms of customer service and responsiveness. Thanks Tom - we really enjoy the machine - I can't believe the difference in pressure in the wand! It's great - it heats up the milk in record time and a ton of froth. We wouldn't have known about this option if it hadn't been for you so thanks again.

This is a GREAT espresso machine. We've had ours for almost 3 years; Espresso Resource NW did repair the machine when the boiler went, but still worth the price. Makes wonderful coffee!

I just want to tell you how delighted we were with your service. You got our Solis Palazzo working and looking like brand new! It has been 8 months now and we are still tickled to death with your repair! And we use our machine constantly--8-10 times a day when just the two of us are home.
