Thanks Tom - we really enjoy the machine - I can't believe the difference in pressure in the wand! It's great - it heats up the milk in record time and a ton of froth. We wouldn't have known about this option if it hadn't been for you so thanks again.

This is a GREAT espresso machine. We've had ours for almost 3 years; Espresso Resource NW did repair the machine when the boiler went, but still worth the price. Makes wonderful coffee!

I just want to tell you how delighted we were with your service. You got our Solis Palazzo working and looking like brand new! It has been 8 months now and we are still tickled to death with your repair! And we use our machine constantly--8-10 times a day when just the two of us are home.
