Your espresso machine is probably worth repairing. But, the best repair facility may not be the the one closest to you. Shipping it to us is your best choice.

| Shipping Instructions Before shipping be sure to remove all water, grounds, and beans to prevent further damage to your machine.
To protect the boiler from freezing: Please drain boiler before shipping , if possible.
To Drain: Turn the machine on and run steam through the wand. While steaming, remove the water tank. Allow the machine to steam for 1-2 minutes. Once the machine ceases to produce steam or the water tank "Empty" signal comes on. immediately turn the power off. Now the machine is ready for shipment.
Include any parts that you may want cleaned or serviced during the repair process.
Include a note inside with your return information and the problem you are having with the machine. Please include alternate telephone numbers, as it is important that once the machine is on the bench we are able to reach you to give you the estimate or ask any further questions. If you don't have the original box, take it to a UPS STORE and they will package it and take care of the shipment for you.
Keep your tracking number and track your packages arrival via UPS Tracking.Unless you have discovered a problem through the tracking system, please do not call to see how your machine is coming.
